Step into the heat for a 90-minute class blending classic Bikram method with Afton’s signature yoga therapy approach — designed to deepen body awareness, alignment, and breath connection.
💆‍♀️ 12:00–3:00 PM | Private Yoga Therapy Sessions (Warm Room)
Work one-on-one with Afton to explore posture, pelvic floor health, pain management, mobility, or nervous system balance in a personalized and supportive setting.
