1) Choose an easy-to-access public location like a city / county park or parking lot.

2) Select a date and time such as 2nd and / or 5th Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon (avoid conflicts with other free markets).

3) Promote on media platforms (you may contact this eventbrite page promoter and provide details about your plans).

4) Check forecast and if needed, notify a re-scheduled inclement weather / rain date and time.

5) Arrive early, set-up and stay until the end to make sure participants leave no items behind.

6) There is no cost but you and an alternate back-up person must be committed and submit contact information.

7) Consider hosting the same day and time regularly like monthly, quarterly, every-other-month, etc (with adjustments for holidays and winter months).
