Horses for Healing - Equestrian Program 01/21 - 03/11/2025

This program is largely focused on teens who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and loss. This activity is limited to 6 youth in grades 9-12.

Completing the online application does not mean that your child is registered for the program. Once the screening process is completed, waivers and payment are due on or before 01/07/2025.

This is an online application to have your child participate in the Equestrian Program. A staff person from Warren Township Youth Services will contact you to complete the registration process and ensure that the program is a good fit for your child.
