Join us on Saturday, May 3, for a Derby Day Watch Party event to benefit the WEYMOUTH EQUESTRIANS program, providing young people the opportunity to learn to ride and care for horses on Weymouth’s historic property. Enjoy bourbon, BBQ and bluegrass at the Barn-Weymouth Center for the Arts and Humanities

The Weymouth Equestrians Team Show Jumping Invitational!
This is open to the public!
This year’s event includes a Weymouth Equestrians Team Jumping Invitational preceding the party, from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Spearheaded by Olympian and former Technical Advisor/Chef d’Equipe for USEF Eventing, Robert Costello, each team includes one professional and three amateurs competing on the grounds of Weymouth Center. Activities include a demonstration from students in Weymouth Equestrians, stick races for kids, and a Kentucky Derby fashion contest with prizes for best hat and best dressed.

Derby Watch Party!
This is a ticketed event.
The party begins at 5:00 pm, with raffles for your win/place/show derby picks, a mint julep toast, beer, wine and a Kentucky Derby Watch party!
“Horses Benefit Kids” benefits Weymouth Equestrians, our free after-school program that partners with the Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills and Northern Moore Family Resource Center. Weymouth Equestrians provides young people the opportunity to learn to ride and care for horses on Weymouth’s historic property and teaches responsibility, confidence, and community, all while creating lifelong memories.

Tickets to the Derby Watch Party:
$115 each for Weymouth Members / $140 each General Admission
Includes food, music and a signature Mint Julep. More details to come!

Sponsorship Packages include:
— $5,000: Includes sole sponsorship of one of four jumper invitational teams, sole company/family name on team jersey, event signage and stall door in the Weymouth Equestrians barn, online media, logo in print invitation for the event, a VIP parking and tent space for the eventing competition and eight tickets to the Derby Party with a reserved private table for 8 near the screens and stage.
— $2,500: Includes shared sponsorship of one of four jumper invitational teams, shared company/family name on team jersey, event signage (and stall door), online media, logo in print invitation for the event, a VIP parking and tent space for the eventing competition, and six tickets to the Derby Party with a reserved private table for 6 near the screens and stage.
— $1,000: Includes a VIP parking and tent space for the eventing competition and four tickets at a shared reserved table for 8 to the Derby Party, near the screens and stage.
— $650 VIP Package: Includes 1 parking space and 1 tent spot for the eventing competition and four tickets to the party, listing on event signage.
— $300: Includes company/family name on event printed and online program listing plus two tickets to this event.
