We have a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!! It’s finally time to start getting ready for this year’s Horses and Hounds Halloween Hoopla! We have upgraded this event to be not only the pet costume parade, but a festival in Central Park!! We will have vendors of all kinds as well as an adoption event for the local shelters! Start prepping those costumes and get ready for a spooky fun time! Registration will open soon!!
