Begin by grounding yourself: The first half focuses on balance and core strength exercises practiced alongside your horse on the ground. This creates a calm, connected atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

Unleash your inner rider (optional): In the second half, those comfortable can choose to mount their horse friend (with a 230 lb weight limit) and explore yoga poses from a new perspective.
