We are off to Tiverton for a 90 minute Horse Drawn Barge trip on the afternoon of Saturday 27th September.
Arrival at 1.30pm for a strict 1.45pm boarding. Departure at 2.15pm returning at 3.45pm, feeling relaxed and drenched in nature. Teas and Coffees available during the journey, with cash or card payment.
This is a very special experience, on one of the last remaining horse-drawn passenger barges in Britain. A family-owned, Living Heritage Attraction, with crew and the Shires dressed in attire from a bygone era! An environmentally friendly, horse drawn boat trip along the stunningly beautiful, tranquil Grand Western Canal and through a local nature reserve.
Tickets are £21.60 members £25 non-members. Please get in touch to register your interest or for more details. (Price does not include transport to Tiverton. I will try and organise lift share, so do state if you would be happy to take passengers or if you would like a lift if there is one available.) I will need payment by September 1st to secure your space.
