Have a horse crazy kid that wants to learn more about horses and spend some time at the barn? Then sign them up for this day camp! Located at Western Trails Equestrian Center in West Bend, WI, your horse crazy kids will spend time learning about horses, making crafts, and start to understand the basics of handling horses and they will get to have some pony rides and play games on horseback too!
Any kid between the ages of 5-10 is welcome!
Cost: $175
When: July 22-25, noon-3pm
Day 1: Horse Colors and Markings
Day 2: Horse Breeds
Day 3: Parts of a Horse
Day 4: Parts of the Tack
Each day, the kids will do a craft that ties in with the topic we will be learning that day, and they will be spending some time, hands-on with the horses.
