Zwaremachine draws inspiration from industrial rock, dark electro and EBM while incorporating modern elements. With a nod to the sound of early 80s and 90s bands like Ministry, Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly, Nitzer Ebb, The Klinik, and Front 242. They push the boundaries of these genres and are often described as "thoroughly deranged". Their music has the energy of punk combined with the power of industrial and EBM. Zwaremachine will trash your sense of disbelief a minute into the first song and continue to do so all the way through.
