Horror Freak Book Club: November 18
About this Event
Calling all freaks! Do you love to read disgusting, spine-tingling horror novels whose plots you can’t describe in polite company? Join Bond House Books on the third Wednesday of every month for thoughtful book discussions in horror-loving community.
Our November read is Lone Women by Victor LaValle. In 1915, Adelaide Henry leaves her family farm after the mysterious death of her parents to claim a homestead plot in Montana. Determined to survive in the harsh badlands, she may just need to unlock her suspiciously heavy steamer trunk and reveal the horrifying secret it contains. This stunning work of historical fiction serves up a revenge fantasy that will leave you ready to read LaValle's whole catalog.
