Hormone Monsters! The Impact of Hormones on Women with ADHD (Women's Group)
Schedule
Sun, 25 Jan, 2026 at 02:30 pm
UTC-06:00Location
Johnson County Library - Central Resource (Overland Park, KS) | Overland Park, KS
This month, we’ll dive into the ways hormones interact with ADHD in women. Christina Pynn and Lauren Dreher, ADHDKC Women’s Group coordinators and advocates, will guide the session — and we’re excited to share that there may also be an expert guest in the field to help kick things off with an educational overview.
After the introduction, we’ll open the floor for a supportive group discussion where participants can share experiences, strategies, and encouragement.
Women’s ADHD is often misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and overlooked—especially when it comes to the role hormones play. Understanding these patterns not only validates your lived experience but also helps you prepare for and navigate hormonal shifts with more self-compassion and practical tools.
🔔 Space is limited!
To keep the conversation meaningful and personal, space is limited. Registration is free, but required. Use the link in the ticket box to RSVP.
