Hormone Harmony is an intimate Mayfair experience bringing together a curated audience of founders, editors, and industry voices at the forefront of this evolving space.

Through a considered blend of conversation and ritual, the event explores how internal shifts — from stress to hormonal change — manifest on the skin, and how a more integrated approach to beauty is emerging.

Guests will be guided through a multi-sensory programme:

– A botanical flower ritual centred on the symbolism of hormonal phases and renewal

– A panel discussion featuring experts across skin, wellness, and hormonal health

– A curated French table of pastries, fromages, and seasonal fruit, reflecting ESPÉRER’s focus on ingredient integrity and heritage
