About this Event
Horizon Behavioral Health invites you to attend a ribbon cutting to celebrate the establishment of the Crisis Care Center, a new state-of-the-art center offering Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Sevices to meet the rising behavioral health needs of our community. Horizon’s Crisis Care Center will offer individuals in crisis more choices for care, by providing 24/7, on-site behavioral health crisis services.
The event will take place on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, from 2:00pm - 3:00pm at Horizon's new Crisis Care Center in Lynchburg, Virginia. Horizon's Executive Team and Board of Directors look forward to welcoming you alongside the honorable Governor Glenn Youngkin and Department of Behavioral Health Commissioner, Nelson Smith.
