Echo Deer
Echo Deer sing about love, drinking, death and desire. They blend folk, country, blues and bluegrass with sweet, homespun harmonies. Echo Deer are regular fixtures on Sydney’s Americana scene and the festival circuit, having featured at Newtown Festival, Majors Creek, Gulgong, and the Illawarra Folk Festival. Echo Deer’s EPs, titled “Side A” and “Side B”, each garnered radio play on Triple J and stations around the country. The band is currently working on their debut album.
Charley Castle and the Boys in the Well
Charley Castle and the Boys in the Well offer an old-is-new brand of bluegrass connecting elements of bygone country and folk with modern sensibilities. A fast-paced, infectious dynamic and equally catchy songs make for a holler-inducing live show. In the classic string band-style, Charley leads Reuben Ryan on acoustic guitar, Henry Junor on double bass and George Teasdell on mandolin, with harmonies galore.
Bryan Estepa
Bryan Estepa is an Australian singer-songwriter who has been part of the Australian independent music scene for over 20 years and once been labelled one of ‘Sydney’s best kept secrets’.
Estepa has released 7 critically acclaimed studio albums (All The Bells And Whistles, Sunday Best, Vessels, Heart Vs Mind, Every Little Thing, Sometimes I Just Don’t Know and Adeline ‘The Early Years’), 2 EP’s (Back To The Middle and Start Again) and undertaken several tours through Australia, Europe, USA, Japan and The Philippines.

Winter Starlings
Winter Starlings are an alternate folk rock band formed by singer-songwriter Robin Fitzgerald in Sydney's inner west with seasoned fellow musicians Jack Dunn (electric guitar & vocals), Peter Marley (double bass & vocals) and Tony Bibby (drums) to bring his original material to life with a warm acoustic/electric feel & the group's trademark vocal harmonies.
Their music has a diverse range of influences borne from the late 60s/early 70s explosion of jangly guitar bands through to modern-day alternate folk & Americana.
The Chris Carrapetta Band
Chris Carrapetta is an independent singer–songwriter who has been writing and performing music in the Sydney & Blue Mountains music scenes for 25 years.
He has previously released the solo album Getting It Wrong, the Ep I’m Not a Stranger and with a new LP Nothing Left To Lose to be released in July.
Chris brings a mix of alt. country and Americana with a dash of jangly power pop and rock influences to his heartfelt and melodic music.
With a solid band of some great musician friends both playing on the record and in his live band Chris will be bringing these songs to stages over the coming months.
Paul Andrews
Paul Andrews was a founding member and singer/songwriter in Sydney band Lazy Susan, which spent most of the 2000s flirting at the edges of awareness of Australia’s more informed music-loving public.
During the band’s 14-year history (Lazy Susan disbanded in 2012), Paul was the driving force behind its four albums, six EPs, hundreds of shows, festival appearances, and opening for international touring acts, like Brian Wilson and the Violent Femmes.
Since 2012, Paul has been performing and recording under the name Family Fold with two fantastic albums released, you can also find Paul regularly fronting Smooth Sailing Yacht Rock Party alongside Brian Estepa and a host of Sydneys best musicians.
Copperline
Since releasing their debut record Rusty Fords and Weatherboards back in 2018, Copperline have earned a reputation for honest and heartfelt songwriting and live performances delivered with passion and purpose.
The band brings together Brad Christmas (lead vocals, guitars, keyboards), Richie Gosling (bass, vocals), Paul Handel (guitars, vocals), and Gareth Richards (drums, vocals), who collectively have toured with an eclectic cast of local and international legends from Steve Kilby and Dave Graney to Radiohead and Boney M. Together they’ve shared the stage with Aussie country music legends like Bill Chambers and been on festival bills with the likes of Andrew Swift, Thirsty Merc, and Darlinghurst.
Copperline have twice worked with multiple ARIA and Golden Guitar-winning producer, Shane Nicholson, producing two critically acclaimed records (Rusty Fords and Weatherboards and 2022’s Borrowed Broken and Blue). The band’s recordings showcase their musical versatility, creativity, and curiosity while celebrating their reverence for the classic songcraft of Steve Earle, Lucinda Williams, Paul Kelly, and Bob Dylan.
Since setting off on their musical journey five years ago, Copperline have toured extensively around the country and become festival favourites everywhere from Tamworth to the Blue Mountains. They’ve picked up a string of award nominations along the way and took home the prize for Best Ballad at the 2023 Australian Songwriters Awards for their moving song, Lucinda.
Copperline are currently busy collecting songs and stories for their eagerly anticipated third record.
