Join Milton House Museum Executive Director Keighton Klos as she explores the life of one of America's most misunderstood First Ladies in the first fall Hops and History Event.
Looking beyond the myths and controversies, this presentation reveals a woman of intelligence, compassion, ambition, and remarkable endurance. Was Mary Lincoln simply a victim of unimaginable tragedy, or was she a survivor whose strength has been overshadowed by history?
Discover the woman behind the legend and reconsider the legacy of a First Lady judged as harshly by history as she was by her contemporaries.
When: Wednesday October 14th, 2026
Where: Tap Room of Good Works Brewing Co
Cost: $10 online; $10 at the door (cash only at the door)
