Hops & Harmony

Hops & Harmony! This fun event combines the practice of yoga and getting to enjoy your favorite beverage. The yoga flow will be accesible to all people, all ages, all levels, and body types. Weather your are an experienced yogi, or a total beginner, there will be options for everyone. Taking a pose deeper into your variation or skipping it completley are all welcomed here! Cultivating who you are through this movement and breath, creating who you want to be, and liberating yourself form all the nonsence blocking or holding you back is what were doing through yoga. Finishing the class with a relaxing soundbath using crystal and tibetian bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums and more! Allowing the soothing sound frequencies to not only relax the body but calm the mind as well. After an hour of movement and sound fun we will all enjoy our favorite beverage at the Brewery! Ticket prices includes a drink! (+21) Lets all live in HOPPY HARMONY together! Bring your yoga mat, blanket or towel, some water and sunscreen in case its hot. We will be outside in the back parking lot. See you there!
