Who’s Your Hero?

Heroes walk among us every day—neighbors, friends, and community members who quietly make life better for all of us. They strengthen our community, spread kindness, and inspire hope. Too often, their contributions go unrecognized. This event is our chance to change that.

If you didn’t get to nominate a hero last year, or if you missed this special night, join us again as we celebrate these everyday heroes and honor their impact on Farmington and Unionville.

Why HOPE’s Heroes?

Hope Emery was one of those remarkable individuals who balanced work, family, and volunteerism with grace and joy. Her legacy of service lives on through H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington—formerly Services for the Elderly—which she founded in 1965.

In 2025, we proudly renamed the organization in her honor to continue uplifting the community she loved.
