Join us as we honor National Dementia & Alzheimer’s Day with a walk through our Memory Care Neighborhood.
This special day is dedicated to raising awareness, supporting those affected, and advocating for research and care. Together, we’ll show unity, compassion, and hope for all touched by dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Enjoy finger foods, fresh fruit, cookies, and chips as we come together in community. Sponsored by VITAS Hospice.
