The holiday season can be difficult for those grieving a loss, especially when families gather. Hosparus Health Grief Services invites bereaved families to come together for support, sharing, and creative activities that help navigate the season.
While these sessions are particularly designed for families with children, all families are welcome. Each session features hands-on activities that foster connection and reduce stress during this special time of year, and they are facilitated by our grief counselors.
If childcare is needed, younger children can attend the YMCA Kids Club free of charge.
