The holidays can be so hard when you're grieving. Whether this is your first season without someone or your fifth, the mix of family gatherings, traditions, and "how are you doing" questions can feel like a lot to carry alone.
That's why Hosparus Health Grief Services is hosting Hope for the Holidays, a four part series designed to help you navigate the season with support from our grief counselors and others who get it. Come to one session or all four, whatever feels right for you.

Nov 23: Grief and Gratitude in the Season of Thanksgiving
Dec 7: Reconsidering Rituals and Traditions
Dec 21: Tapping Resilience, Managing Expectations and Holiday Stress
Jan 4: Grief Resolutions in the New Year
Pre-registration is encouraged by noon on the day you plan to attend, but you're always welcome to just show up.
