HOPE Diabetes Update for those with Type 1 diabetes

Great Plains Diabetes is a community diabetes organization that provides diabetes care and education through out Wichita and the surrounding communities. It is the staff and volunteeres belief that individuals who live with diabetes need to have up to date, state of the art information to manage their diabetes. It takes support so bring your family. We provide public education as well as host a diabetes day camp for young children with diabetes.

The clinic is operated by advanced practice nurses including diabetes nurse specialist, family nurse practitioners, dietitians, certified diabetes educators and support staff who are all committed to assisting people live long healthy lives with diabetes.
