Hope & Heroes Run is coming to Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA on October 11, 2026 — and we are making history as Washington State's first ever PANS/PANDAS awareness run.
This is the October event your family has been waiting for — a family-friendly 5K, 10K, and Kids Dash packed with superhero costumes and a whole lot of community spirit.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a total beginner, or just here to watch your little sidekick zoom across the finish line in a cape — there is a place for you here. All ages. All paces. All heroes welcome.

⚡ The Fearless 5K — 3.1 miles · Stroller friendly
💪 The Unstoppable 10K — 6.2 miles · Stroller friendly
⭐ Super Sidekick Dash — Kids ages 0–5 · 0.4 miles

👥 TEAMS WELCOME
Assemble your Hero Squad of 4–15 and take on the ultimate hero challenge together. Help us raise funds for the NW PANDAS/PANS Network and make a difference for families across Washington. Perfect for families, schools, coworkers, and community groups.
👕 EVENT T-SHIRT
Register by September 21, 2026 and receive an official Hope & Heroes Costume Dash event t-shirt included with registration. Register after that date and we'll do our best — but early heroes always come first.
🎀 SUPER SIDEKICK FINISHER RIBBON
Every child who crosses the finish line of the Super Sidekick Dash receives an official Super Sidekick Finisher Medal — because around here every hero wins.
💚AND HERE'S WHY WE RUN
PANS and PANDAS are conditions that cause children to experience sudden, dramatic neuropsychiatric changes overnight — OCD, anxiety, tics, and personality shifts that turn families' worlds upside down. An estimated 1 in 200 children are affected — that's roughly 165,000 kids right here in Washington. Most families spend years searching for answers. Your presence at this event helps change that.
Every child fighting PANS/PANDAS is already a superhero. On October 11th we run for them.
