Whether you mastered the hula hoop as a kid or could never quite keep it spinning, this playful class brings a fresh twist to your yoga practice. Using the hoop as both a prop and a partner, you’ll explore poses in new ways that add support, challenge, and a sense of fun. Expect to laugh, move, and discover how the hoop can deepen balance, strength, and creativity on the mat.This class is $15 pp and intended for all ages over 12.
