Join us once again to Hoop in the Honk! Festival ParadeBring your hoop, your hoop buddies, your energy and be ready to March in the parade from Davis Sq. to Harvard Sq.!
Timeline:
ðš Meet up with the group between 11:00-11:30 am in Davis sq. in the Parking lot at the corner of Day St. & Herbert st. (* we will update if this changes*)
ðš Warm up, pose for pictures, and then line up
ðš Parade starts at 12:00
ðš March and hoop to Harvard Square (usually 1.5-2 hours worth of hooping)
ðš At the end of the parade stay with the group to help occupy and play in Winthrop park
Notes:
âĻ Costuming: Red, White, and Black (traditional circus colors)
âĻ Hoop: bring your own (BYOH)
âĻ Water/Personal Stuff: Please plan ahead for how/where you will stash your keys/id/cash, if you plan to bring a water bottle etc. Boston Hoop Troop will not be providing a way to carry personal effects.
