In this workshop we'll learn how to design a healthy sexual relationship. We’ll practice the Amorgnze protocol for Hooking Up Like an Adult.

The topics we will cover are:

Dating Intentions, desired sexual activities, sexual health practices, substance use (alcohol & drugs), emotional needs and communication expectations, aftercare and initiating the end of the sexual dynamic.

We'll learn how to identify the differences in intentions, desire, availability, and expectations and practice negotiating. The goal is understand how to move towards a clear social contract that works for both parties.
