Hooked On Seafood 2026

Hooked on Seafood is back!
Join N.C. Cooperative Extension in Carteret County for the fourth year of this exciting and hands-on seafood program. Partners from North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries and North Carolina State University’s Center for Marine Sciences and Technology will be joinging in the fun too.

What is it?
A 4-week program all about local seafood! You’ll learn how to catch (or buy), filet, and cook fresh local seafood. Each class ends with a cooking demo and lunch.

When?
Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM:

• May 13
• May 20
• May 27

Where?
Carteret County Center, 303 College Circle, Morehead City

Cost: $40 total for all 4 sessions.
(One payment covers the full program. We cannot split the cost by session.)
