We're teaming up with our friends at Long Path Outfitters in Nyack, NY for a Squatchy group hike! We'll meet at the store at 9:00am on Sunday March 22nd and then drive over to the Nyack Beach parking lot to head out for an out and back hike to Hook Mountain. This will be a social-paced, no-drop hike! For folks who want to extend the hike, we will walk around Rockland Lake (approx 5K) after Hook Mountain. The Hook Mountain out and back is a rugged hike a very fun climb up to the summit that has icredible views! The 3 mile walk around Rockland Lake is on a flat, paved path. This is perfect for meeting new trail friends, soaking in the scenery, and enjoying the stoke of the outdoors together. Please come prepared with water, snacks, and sturdy footwear (trail running shoes or hiking shoes/boots are good!). We’ll head out rain or shine, so dress accordingly. This event is free and open to the public; please RSVP and show up ready for adventure (this event is limited to a total of 20 people)!
