🎉 Book Launch Announcement: Hoofprints on the Hill! 🎉
We are delighted to announce the official launch of Hoofprints on the Hill — a truly unique and uplifting mental health storybook designed to help both children and adults learn essential psychological tools for building resilience and emotional wellbeing.
This beautifully illustrated hardback book features eight inspiring stories based on real-life therapy ponies, real characters and true events. Each story carries powerful therapeutic teachings on topics including; change, perception, self-esteem, grief, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation and mindfulness. Every story reflects the compassion and healing presence of the ponies at Happy Hooves Equine Assisted Therapy, brought to life through meaningful storytelling and stunning artwork. The book is designed to not only be a beautiful storybook but also an aid to help build essential resilience skills to equip readers to navigate through life’s challenges.
This book was created as an early intervention initiative to help address the growing mental health crisis especially in our younger generation. Hoofprints on the Hill is a heartfelt project designed to make a difference - a valuable resource for homes, schools, and healthcare settings alike.
