Welcome to Hoodies and Sound Bath! Let’s be real. Life is a lot. Sometimes you just need to throw on a hoodie, grab your blanket, and sit in a space that feels safe and grounding.

That’s what this night is about: community, comfort, and sound healing.

We’ll gather at Meraki Collective, get cozy, and let the bowls do their work, restoring balance, softening the edges, and giving your nervous system a break.
