In this nourishing workshop, we make time to stretch, breathe and enjoy the abundance of summer. We will be guided through a 90-minute mindful moving meditation by qualified yoga teacher, Danielle.
Cultivate presence and peace with gentle seated and standing stretches, for every body, every age, and every level of yoga experience.
We will then ‘paint the flow’ as a seasonal mandala using watercolours. A gentle, creative exploration inspired by the rhythms of Lammas and the practice of self-care.
Come move softly, create boldly, and carry home the first fruits from your “soul garden”.
Tickets £30 (Early Bird tickets available for £25 until 1st August)
The ticket price includes all equipment, your own large scrapbook to take away with you and complementary refreshments.
This in-person event celebrates women's power and wisdom and honours the unique seasons of our lives. Connect with nature and embrace the cyclical turning of the years. We'll create a sacred space to share stories, laughter, and support.
