Each autumn, the Chamber of Commerce presents HONORS, a one-of-a-kind event dedicated to recognizing the everyday individuals who create extraordinary experiences in our community. From retail clerks and restaurant servers to first responders, public workers, and hospitality staff, this evening shines a spotlight on the people whose dedication keeps Baker County moving.
HONORS 2025: Baker's Dozen Awards
01. Gold Rush Go-Getter (Restaurant) - For servers who consistently go above and beyond.
02. Kitchen Trailblazer (Restaurant) - Recognizing cooks or dish staff who keep kitchens moving.
03. Main Street Maven (Retail) - For retail pros who connect deeply with their customers.
04. Display Dynamo (Retail) - For those whose visual merchandising makes any shelf shine.
05. Suite Success (Lodging) - Hospitality staff who turn stays into experiences.
06. Housekeeping Hero (Lodging) - Behind-the-scenes workers who keep things spotless.
07. Field & Fork Champion (Agriculture) - For grit, care, and love of the land.
08. Farmstead Friend (Agri-tourism) - Ag advocates who welcome and educate visitors.

Nominations are submitted by businesses and community members. Winners are selected through public voting and honored at a high-energy autumn banquet full of laughter, food, and local pride.
