HONORS: A Grief and Loss Group
You don't have to carry it alone.
HONORS is a free community support group for individuals navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and healing.
Grief isn't limited to the loss of a loved one. We can also grieve the end of relationships, major life changes, dreams that didn't happen, jobs, friendships, health challenges, habits we're trying to leave behind, and seasons of life that have come to an end.
This gathering is designed to provide a safe and supportive space where participants can connect with others who understand, learn practical tools for coping with grief, engage in meaningful reflection activities, and discover strength through community.
