Honoring Your Ancestors Ceremony

This gathering is an invitation to step into a sacred container where time, memory, and spirit meet. Through the resonance of sound, guided meditation, and intentional writing, we will journey inward to explore the connections we share with those who walked before us. The evening is designed as both a personal and communal experience and a chance to reflect on the stories carried in your lineage, to meet the guidance that may arise, and to feel supported in the presence of community. Facilitated by David Schreiner and Brittany McCauley, this ceremony offers practices that bridge the seen and unseen, creating space to cultivate gratitude, healing, and deeper understanding of where we come from. Each participant will be encouraged to engage with their own inner process while contributing to the collective atmosphere of reverence and remembrance. Please bring a journal to capture insights and reflections. If you feel moved, you are welcome to bring an object, symbol, or photograph that honors your ancestry, which will be placed upon a shared altar as part of the evening’s offering.
