Fire Horse: A Lunar New Year Sound & Kriya Journey 🔥
Step into a powerful two-hour ceremonial experience designed to help you shed the old, ignite your inner fire, and consciously welcome the Chinese New Year. The Year of the Horse, infused with the Fire element. This immersive class blends ancient yogic practices, sacred sound, breath, and reflection to support rebirth, momentum, and aligned action.
We begin by grounding the body and nervous system before moving into a Rebirthing Kriya practice. A rhythmic, breath-centered sequence that clears stagnant energy, awakens vitality, and resets the subconscious. This offering supports release, renewal, and the courage to move forward with clarity and strength.
From there, you will be guided into an extended sound journey featuring gongs and crystal singing bowls, allowing vibrations to wash through the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. The soundscape is intentionally curated to harmonize with the Fire element.....stimulating transformation, passion, confidence, and heart-centered power.
Following the sound immersion, we transition into intentional journaling, offering space to reflect, integrate, and set aligned intentions for the year ahead. This is a time to listen inward, call in what you are ready to embody, and honor what you are leaving behind.
