presents
Honoring Our Grief: Navigating Loss in the Black Community
Sunday, October 26th
3PM - 5PM
This workshop is a space for Black people, ages 18 and up—to come together and honor the grief we carry, both personally and collectively. Whether it's from personal loss, intergenerational trauma, or the grief we feel as a community, we'll explore these emotions in a way that helps us heal. Through storytelling, meditation, and journaling, we will hold space for one another to reflect and begin the journey toward healing.

The Ubuntu Wellness Space provides Black people and people in underserved communities of all ages with holistic death-care and grief services that promote a liberated lifestyle and are rooted in joy and ancestral practices. They offer a variety of spiritual and holistic offerings and services such as energy healing, ancestral practices, and coaching to ensure that people live, die and rest well.
