Honoring Maksym Kryvtsov: A Legacy Night and Discussion

Join us at Ukraine House for a special legacy night as we honor the life, art, and sacrifice of fallen hero Maksym Kryvtsov. A gifted Ukrainian poet, photographer, and Junior Sergeant in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Maksym bravely defended our nation and was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. From his active role in the Revolution of Dignity to his service at the frontlines, his life was a testament to courage and ove for his country.
During this memorial evening, we will gather to celebrate his enduring creative legacy. The event will feature a photo exhibition showcasing Maksym's own photography. Alongside poetry readings of his work, this exhibition will reflect the depth of his spirit and experiences. We are honored to also host a discussion with his sister, Anastasiia, who will share personal reflections on Maksym’s life. This meaningful conversation will be moderated by Irena Chalupa.
