Keynote Speaker - SFC Will Summers, USArmy (ret.), of Henderson, former “Horse Soldier” Green Beret, will share his experience as a member of the elite Special Forces unit that delivered the first U.S. response against the Taliban after 9/11. The unit’s story was memorialized in the major motion picture “12 Strong.”
All veterans are invited to be honored guests of a grateful community at a special day that includes lunch and a variety of veterans services. *Veterans of the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Coast Guard, and US Marines are invited free of charge, but must register.*
Tickets for general public are $50.
To adopt a veteran for lunch, $25.
Vendors - Veteran-focused providers, businesses, and non profits will be there to help veterans connect to a variety of services.
