Join NBSTCC’s Crew and become an Honorary Animal Care Team member! Work alongside NBSTCC Animal Care Team in a 90-minute long program learning about our rescued residents as you see behind the scenes on how they are cared for while learning of the challenges these animals face in the wild. The program begins with a private tour of the conservation center and introduction to NBSTCC’s resident green sea turtle, Sweet Pea. Program is led by our NBSTCC’s Lead Animal Care Team Manager and Marine Biologist. Pre-purchased tickets required for this program
By becoming one of NBSTCC’s Honorary Animal Care team members, you not only get a day to remember, but you will also be contributing to our conservation work both here and around the world, helping to save animals from extinction.
Participant Admission Includes:
•Free Admission to the NBSTCC
•Behind the Scenes Tortoise Tour, including feeding one or both of NBSTCC’s tortoises (Flip Flop & Safari)
•Honorary ACT Badge & Certificate
•Personal picture with tortoises, to be emailed to participants.
•The opportunity to learn about various species and ask our knowledgeable Animal Care Team members about our incredible animal family including tortoises, terrapins, sea turtles, and various Gulf of Mexico inhabitants.
