Honor Our Veterans

Join us on Veterans Day for a community ceremony honoring those who served. A Huey helicopter will land right next to ChampionZone.
About this Event

Veterans Day is personal here. ChampionZone proudly supports Folds of Honor, which provides educational scholarships to the families of fallen and disabled service members, and this is the day we get to show up for our veterans in person.

On Wednesday, November 11, we are bringing the community together for an afternoon of remembrance, gratitude, and a little history landing in our backyard. A Huey helicopter will arrive at 1:00 PM and touch down next to ChampionZone. At 1:30 PM, the ceremony begins with a bugler, a presentation of the colors, a keynote from Major General Mark Pillar, and a folded flag ceremony with the American Legion Honor Guard.

Veterans, families, neighbors, and friends are all welcome. Bring the kids. Bring your parents. Bring someone who served.
