You've just pushed your limits and conquered the Hawaii's Half Marathon—now it’s time to recharge, recover, and feel amazing.I’m teaming up with BFT Honolulu to bring you the ultimate post-race recovery experience: a 30-minute guided breathwork and ice bath session to help your body bounce back faster.
As a certified Wim Hof Method (WHM) instructor, I'll guide you through powerful breathing techniques designed to enhance recovery, followed by an ice bath experience to help reset your system.
I ran this race last year, so I know firsthand how much your body needs proper recovery after those 13.1 miles!
This session will help you relieve soreness, re-energize, and feel amazing post-run.
