EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

1. Cosplayer Meet-up (2PM - 6PM): Meet and snap a photo with talented Stellaron Hunter cosplayers!

2. Voice Actor Signings (2PM - 5PM): Get your Honkai: Star Rail x Round1 USA collaboration merch signed by the English voices of Silver Wolf, Kafka, and Firefly!

*Autograph Policy: Please note that voice actor fan signings are strictly exclusive to official Honkai: Star Rail x Round1 USA collaboration swag and merchandise. VAs will not sign personal items, outside merchandise, or any materials not part of this specific collaboration.

3. Special Gifts: Attendees who RSVP online will be eligible to receive the Blade and Silver Wolf collaboration folders. Please RSVP online to secure your special items, available while supplies last.

EVENT DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Admission to the Event is free; however, a valid ticket is required to receive the Blade and Silver Wolf collaboration folders
1. Restrictions:
1）Following Round1's policy, guests under 18 require a guardian 25 or older and guests between aged 18 to 20 require an adult aged 25 or older with them after midnight at all times (up to 4 individuals per guardian). Policy may vary by location. Visit the Round1 website for more information: https://www.round1usa.com/house-rules
2）Tickets are non-transferable and limited to one person. Up to two tickets may be reserved per person.
2. Venue Info: Round1 Burbank Town Center will maintain its standard business hours and remains open to the public throughout the event. A ticket for the Honkai: Star Rail x Round1 Theme Day event is required only for the event-exclusive Blade and Silver Wolf collaboration folders. All visitors are welcome to attend; however, please note that entry is subject to capacity limits.

3. Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for causing a disturbance, violating the event rules, engaging in behavior that would damage the reputation of the organizer, or for any other reason, without refund.
4. Liability: Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Event.
5. Photography and Video: Please be advised that photography and video recording will take place at this Event for for promotional, internal communications and/or archival purposes. By attending this event, you are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data contained in these images for the purpose indicated.
6. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, and featured activities without prior notice.
7. Health and Safety: Attendees agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines set by the organizers and venue. Guidelines will be in accordance with local health authority recommendations.
