A knife is your most valuable tool in the kitchen (other than your brain, of course).
It's your workhorse, and the more comfortable you are using it the more work you Il get out of it. In this class we're building crudité platters, and it's all about the knifework. We'll start with a talk on how to choose the best knife for the task, then a lesson on getting those blades lightning sharp. Then well slice, chop, and carve our vegetables and assemble a vegetable masterpiece to enjoy at home.
*Please bring your favorite knife from home. Some knives will be provided, but it's best to work with a tool you're familiar with.
