Hong Kong Spring Hiking-Mar 2026A DIY self-guided retreat away from the hustle of hectic working life. Only suitable for those with the main intention to enjoy outdoor trekking (approx. 8-15km daily), with lots of fresh air and sunshine (and perhaps some light rain) for the consecutive days.
Forestry mountain ridges, indigenous villages at foothills, quaint seaside, heritage sites, etc. The area we are covering: Dragon’s Back Hike, Lantau Phoenix Trail, Maclehose Trail Section 2, Pat Sin Leng/Eight Immortal Peak Trail (part of The Wilson Trail Section 9). Another day, we will visit the remote Po Toi Island for its ancient craving and natural rock formation. Aside, we will also explore the HK iconic food culture there.
All participants must have at least an average physical fitness level, perseverance for an average 6 hour daily, some tropical trekking experience, be comfortable with unfamiliar grounds and rugged condition, and must come with a positive attitude and characteristics of a good team player.

Cost : S$1,200/pax for SAC member, cost sharing basis

* Moderate to Strenuous (e.g. Mt. Ophir 1-2 days)
** Strenuous (e.g. G. Tahan/Nepal Trek)
