Friends of Willmore Park will host a honeysuckle hack in Willmore Park on Saturday, Feb. 21, from 10am-12pm.Our goal will be to cut down honeysuckle and cut the wintercreeper growing on trees.
Meet Up Location: North Parking Lot (roundabout), by the North Lake and Dog Park.
Directions: Drive into the park and drive all the way to the north side of it.
This event will be held in partnership with the Nature Stewards of the St. Louis City Forestry Dept.
What to Bring: Outdoor shoes and drinking water. Cutting tools and gloves are recommended (but we will have cutting tools and gloves to share).
