Join us for a guided tour sampling an assortment of unique honeys from the diverse regions and seasons of Maui. While we taste we’ll discuss the essence of honey; rain and sunshine become nectar through plants, collected by bees and transformed into gold. We’ll also explore the science of a superorganism, understanding bee-havior, history, folklore, and how to be a friend to the honeybee.
