Celebrate Pollinator Week with a Honey Tasting!Learn everything you have ever wanted to know about honey. We will present how the bees make honey, the properties of honey and how to taste honey. We will guide you through a honey tasting and give suggestions for using honey at home.

-How to taste honey like a sommelier.
-A guided tasting of 5 Michigan honeys.
-Honey pairing with cheese, crackers, fruit and fresh bread.
