Together, we’ll learn a smooth and accessible choreography that combines simple pole transitions, floorwork, and fluid movement. The focus is on building confidence, developing body awareness, and connecting to the music while embracing your unique style and energy.

What to Expect:

• Beginner-friendly sensual flow movements

• Simple transitions on and around the pole

• A short choreography to bring everything together

No previous sensual flow experience is required. Basic pole knowledge is helpful but not necessary.

Heels are welcome, but completely optional.
