Crash the Limo is back at JoJo’s Restaurant & Tap House for a downtown Frederick Halloween party with live music, killer costumes, great food, and enough craft beer, cocktails, wine, and Belgian favorites to make choosing a drink scarier than the haunted-house decorations. JoJo’s has 30 taps, Maryland-seafood-meets-American-comfort-food vibes, and the kind of room that always feels like a reunion with the best people you know.
