Learn how to skip eggs in your recipes and still keep everything tasty and perfectly bound in this fun cooking class!About this Event
Are you interested in learning ways to stretch your food dollars? Perhaps you want to prepare dishes for someone with an egg allergy or someone following vegan or dietary restrictions? If so, this class is for you! Did you know that some non-egg binders increase fiber and protein, while others help regulate blood sugar?
Eggs are one of the "Big 9" allergens, meaning they are in a category that is responsible for 90% of food allergies in the U.S. In this educational workshop, attendees will learn the best non-egg binders for different foods and why? Attendees will also prepare dishes using a variety of non-egg binders, gaining hands-on experience in creating foods made with egg-free binding alternatives from start to finish.
