We’re excited to announce a new event focusing on homesteaders and the items they produce, including a tool and equipment exchange!
Please note:
This event is separate from the 2026 Seed Swap. The homesteading items and equipment/tool exchange will NOT be part of the Seed Swap moving forward.

This event functions just like the plant swap:
Bring something to take something.
Set your item(s) on the tables.
Browse and take what you need.
No money, no value assessments—just a spirit of sharing!

Last week we asked who wanted to include a plant swap with the homesteaders event. Everyone who responded indicated they do want to include a plant swap.
The same rules will apply to this plant swap as the one we hosted in the spring. You must bring plants to take plants. This is your chance to tidy up your garden and share with others. All plants must be insect and disease free.
